The "Ocean Dream," said to be the rarest blue-green diamond in the world, is a 5.5-carat triangular-cut diamond that just sold at auction for much more than estimated.
In animal news: Baby Pudus are adorable, leaving food outside for wildlife is not a great idea and thank goodness for closed patio doors keeping wildlife outside - though a toddler and a bobcat shared a moment through the glass.

5-13-26 It Turns Out Snuffleupagus Lives in the Sea! Drunken Deer Alert

Sesame Street's legal team gave the okay and now a newly discovered species of pipefish is named after the beloved Snuffleupagus character given it's resemblance.
Animals are feasting on fermented fruit and acting drunk and unpredictable. It has police in an area of France putting out an alert to drivers to watch for deer and other animals that may be behaving oddly along the roadways.

The granddaughter of a former Dutch SS Leader has a looted painting from WWII hanging on the wall. The crazy thing is...another relative told authorities about the stolen artwork and because of the statute of limitations, no one can make her give it back to the rightful heirs.
